The brake chamber is also called the sub-pump, and its function is to change the pressure of compressed air into the mechanical force that makes the brake camshaft rotate, so as to realize the brake action. It consists of an air inlet, a cover, a diaphragm, a supporting plate, a return spring, a shell, a push rod, a connecting fork, a clamp and a bolt.
