● The meaning of the color of the truck dashboard indicator

Depending on the driving situation, there will be different color lights on the dashboard. In general, colors have the following meanings:

The red indicator light, generally a driving warning indicator, serves as a warning for serious malfunctions during driving. The risk of fatal or major personal injury and serious damage to the vehicle or other major property damage. Take appropriate countermeasures immediately.

The yellow indicator light, generally a driving warning indicator, serves as a warning for general faults that occur while driving. A serious failure can cause damage to the vehicle. Correct the fault as soon as possible. Other measures: Pay special attention to whether the enabled features are working properly.

The blue and green lights are general driving lights. Information from functions that are operating normally.

Two-color indicator

Red is the warning stop indicator and alarms when there is a serious fault.

Yellow is a public alarm, and it is generally an alarm when it fails.

Red indicator

Engine oil pressure indicator, alarm when the oil pressure is low. When the ignition switch is turned ON, the indicator light is on, but it will go out after the engine is started. If the indicator light is still on while the engine is running, it should be turned off immediately and contact your nearest dealer.

Parking brake indicator, when the handle of the hand brake valve is pulled down. When the ignition switch is turned on and the parking brake is not released, the parking brake indicator will light. When the parking brake is released, the parking brake indicator will go out. The vehicle can only be driven if the parking brake is released and the parking brake indicator is off.

The charging indicator light is extinguished after the generator generates electricity. When the ignition key is turned on, the charging indicator should be on, and the charging indicator will go out when the engine is running. If the charging indicator is still on while you are driving, you should stop and turn off the engine to check the tensioner belt. If the belt is loose or worn, it should be adjusted or replaced.

The seat belt lock indicator light is turned off after the seat belt is fastened. When the ignition is turned on, the seat belt indicator will flash for approximately 5 seconds to alert the driver to the seat belt. If the driver brings the seat belt within 5 seconds, the indicator light will go out. When the ignition switch is in the ACC or LOCK position, the indicator will also go out.

Water temperature indicator, alarm when the water temperature is too high. If the temperature of the coolant is too high, the indicator light will be on. If the coolant is insufficient, the alarm buzzer will also beep. At this time, the car should be driven to the side of the road, stop to check the liquid level of the coolant, if necessary, add coolant, add to the lowest level of the level mark line to the highest level.

Brake air pressure indicator, alarm when the brake air pressure is low. The brake failure warning light will illuminate when the brake system leaks oil or the performance of the brake shoe is degraded due to wear and tear. If possible, stop to contact the dealer immediately.

Auxiliary gas indicator, alarm when auxiliary gas circuit is low pressure.

The door status indicator shows the indicator that the door is completely closed. When the door is opened or fails to close, the corresponding indicator lights up, indicating that the owner's door is not closed, and the door is closed after the door is closed. Note: Close the door when driving. Check if the door alarm light is off before driving.

When the cab lock indicator light is not in place and the lock hook is not locked, the indicator light will illuminate.
