Clutch master cylinder, also known as the clutch master cylinder, is the main type of clutch hydraulic operating system, the hydraulic oil (brake fluid) in total after the pump under the action of the clutch pedal, push the clutch wheel cylinder pushing the clutch work.The total clutch pump is the part connected to the clutch pedal and connected through the tubing with the clutch booster.The action is to collect pedal stroke information through the help of the booster to separate the clutch.When the driver steps on the clutch pedal, the push rod pushes the piston of the total pump to increase the oil pressure. Through the tube, it enters the sub-pump, forcing the split pump rod to push the separation fork and push the separation bearing forward.When the driver releases the clutch pedal, the hydraulic lift is lifted, the split fork is gradually returned to the position under the return spring, and the clutch is in the joint state.Clutch master cylinder piston has a radial long yuantong middle hole, limited to the screw through the piston slotted hole, prevent piston rotation, filling valve into the left side the axial hole of piston, the oil inlet valve seat through the straight hole on the surface of the piston in the piston hole.When the clutch pedal is not pressed, there is a clearance between the total pump push rod and the piston of the total pump. Due to the limit on the inlet valve of the limiting screw, there is a small gap between the inlet valve and the piston.In this way, the oil storage tank communicates with the left cavity of the total pump through the pipe joint and the oil channel and the oil inlet valve.When the clutch pedal is pressed, the piston moves to the left, and the inlet valve moves to the right relative to the piston on the return spring, eliminating the gap between the inlet valve and the piston.Continue to step on the clutch pedal, the oil pressure of the left cavity of the total pump is raised, the brake fluid in the left cavity of the total pump enters into the booster, the booster works, and the clutch is separated.The clutch pedal, the piston with a spring under the action of rapidly moving to the right, because the brake fluid flow in the pipe line have certain resistance, flow back to total pump speed is slow, so in the left cavity formed certain vacuum degree, total pump suction valve oil cavity around the piston move to the left under the action of pressure difference, oil tube with a small amount of brake fluid through the inlet valve into the total left cavity to make up for the vacuum pump.When the brake fluid used by the total pump enters the booster, it will return to the total pump, and there will be excess braking fluid in the left cavity of the total pump.
